I used to play for hours a day but the last update ruined the game. 750 gems for a second chance at a double up, really..???, odds of winning a double up have become impossible to win. Ranking doesnt work past 99 billion and the goldfish game where your supposed to have a chance at winning Amazon gift cards is just for show,no real chance at winning. Garbage!

For the longest time I truly loved this game and its so much fun. But the last few updates caused issues and the support was extremely poor. I had accumulated over 2500 gems and after my update exactly 1000 disappeared. My money stayed the same but support was no help whatsoever. Now when I pay money to buy gems and extra coins here and there, I feel there is an obligation to follow through on issues. Once I hit the max level of 480 some bonuses in some of the levels stopped accumulating, but again I was not supported. I have played many games where I havent had to pay a penny more and got better support. I have paid lots of money into this and they just dont care. So now I sit at 1.2 trillion and Im abandoning the game because I dont see the point in continuing.

I like that o can chose which game I play however.. Some of the levels require too large of a max bet to achieve a bonus reward ...

What ever you did to this game is completely B???S??? when you have millions of points and go down to nothing that doesnt say much for playing the game. It was fun playing but not anymore when you have points and go right down to nothing. As soon as you change your bet thats it you get NO POINTS. Make the change to what it was so a person can keep playing at least. Im sure Im not the only that would agree with me.

Why do my points keep disappearing?

I love the game very much and have played steadily for over three years. However -- back then and continuing up to the present, this slots purpose is ONLY to seduce those of us who have enjoyed playing for such a long time by dangling free games (granted so sparingly) and allowing those us who were patient and trusting enough to think things would change as our totals rose and rose . When our totals accumulated (my total itself reached over two billion tokens), it mattered not which game I played because: FIRST: -- The Free Spins became almost totally unattainable, no matter how many hundred times I spun the wheels "maybe at least a free spin or two after 250 spins at a wager of 500,000+ would of sufficed but it seldom if ever came. Over the next four days, out of frustration and the setting of free spins unattainable, my 2,500.000,000+ (two-and-a-half billion coins) WERE ALL GONE for the second time in 18 months!!! This convinces me your only reason for offering this game is to lure us into the fun it provides and then count on our absolute affinity for the pleasure attained, be forced to purchase many, many and many more tokens to say nothing of hundreds of gems if we really wanted to reach Levels near or gawd forbid -- the end of the game. For myself, Ill play the remaining hundreds of million plus tokens and when they are stripped of me, Ill sadly never play it again. So Sad, So Sad! Robert BAUER

I really like this slot !!!! Simply because its fast and the pay outs are good.... Could be better pay outs !!! Lol

This is a good slot game but how do you get rid of the ad popups its super annoying constantly popping up its the downfall of playing this game

Its very good game but it has a bug. I won about 12,000,000 but it wasnt applied. I was so sad
